Five teenagers signed up to behaviour agreements after park trouble
Hertfordshire Constabulary says it has identified five young people behind drinking, drug smoking and abusive behaviour in local parks, told their parents, and had them sign Acceptable Behaviour Agreements. Breaching the agreement can lead to a Criminal Behaviour Order, and police say more agreements are being prepared. The policing priority covers Rothamsted Park, the Common, Redbourn Common, Wheathampstead playing fields and Oakley Road, where officers say patrols will continue in both uniform and plain clothes.
